1. Important information and who we are

This policy explains how Geuphoria collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, book a call, join our community, buy a program, or deal with us on social media such as Instagram. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

Geuphoria LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operated by Dani Gomez, Modanza 1B, Oranjestad, Aruba, is the controller of your personal data. In this policy it is called “Geuphoria”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

Which law applies

We are based in Aruba. We handle personal data in line with the National Ordinance on Person Registration of Aruba (Landsverordening persoonsregistratie). Where we deal with people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also follow the data protection principles of the GDPR to the extent it applies to us.

Children

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Questions and requests

For any question about this policy, or to use your rights (section 9), contact us using the details in section 10.

2. Personal data we collect

Personal data is any information that identifies you. We may collect, use, store and transfer these kinds of data:

Identity Data: first name, last name, username, Instagram or other social media handle, and job title.

Contact Data: billing address, email address and telephone number.

Business Data: information about your coaching business that you share in applications, forms, calls and messages, such as your niche, offer, audience size, client numbers, revenue and goals.

Financial Data: payment details. Our payment providers handle your card details; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

Transaction Data: payments to and from you and the programs and services you bought from us.

Technical Data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone and location, operating system, device ID and similar information from the devices you use to reach our website.

Profile Data: your username and password, purchases, interests, preferences, feedback and survey answers.

Communications Data: the content of messages, emails, direct messages and form entries you send us, and notes we keep from calls with you.

Marketing and Communications Data: your preferences for receiving marketing from us and how you want us to contact you.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health details, religion or political views. Please do not send them to us.

We also use aggregated data, such as statistics on how many visitors use a page. It is not personal data because it does not identify you.

3. How your personal data is collected

We collect data in three ways.

Directly from you. You give us data when you fill in a form or application, book a call, message us by email or on Instagram, join our community, buy a program, or give feedback. This includes when you:

  1. apply for or buy our services;
  2. subscribe to our emails or content;
  3. ask for marketing to be sent to you; or
  4. contact us or answer a survey.

Automatically. When you use our website, we collect Technical and Usage Data through cookies, server logs and similar tools. For details about the cookies we use, or to change your cookie choices, email dani@geuphoria.com.

From third parties and public sources. These providers are based outside Aruba:

  1. Technical Data comes from analytics providers such as Google and Meta, from advertising and funnel tools such as ClickFunnels and Hyros, and from our scheduling tool, Cal.com.
  2. Contact, Financial and Transaction Data comes from payment and technical service providers such as Stripe and Payfunnels, and from our community platform, Skool.
  3. Identity, Contact and Business Data may come from publicly available sources, such as your public Instagram profile, your website, and your public posts, when we reach out to you about our services.

Performance of a contract: we need the data to deliver what you bought or are about to buy.

Legitimate interests: we need the data to run and protect our business, for example to prevent fraud, keep our systems secure, or tell business owners about services that may help them. We weigh this against your rights first, and we do not rely on it where your interests outweigh ours.

Legal obligation: we need the data to meet a legal duty, such as tax and accounting rules in Aruba.

5. Who we share your personal data with

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes in section 4. The parties we use are:

  1. Hyros, Meta and Google, for advertising tracking and measurement.
  2. ClickFunnels, for our pages and funnels.
  3. Cal.com, for booking calls.
  4. Slack, for internal communication with our team.
  5. Zapier, for automations that connect our software.
  6. DocuSign, for signing agreements and these terms.
  7. Payfunnels and Stripe, for processing and storing payment details.
  8. ActiveCampaign, for email marketing.
  9. Skool, for hosting our community and programs.
  10. Contractors and advisers who help us deliver our services, such as accountants and lawyers.
  11. Authorities, where the law requires it.
  12. A buyer or partner, if we sell, transfer or merge part of our business. The new owner may use your data as described in this policy.

We require every provider to protect your data and handle it lawfully. We do not let them use your data for their own purposes, and they may process it only for the tasks we give them.

6. International transfers

Our providers are mostly outside Aruba, in places such as the United States and the European Union. Some of those countries do not give the same level of protection as Aruba.

When we send your data abroad, we use providers that commit in writing to protect it to a similar standard, we limit what we send to what the task needs, and we only rely on your consent where you have clearly given it.

7. Data security

We protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, change and disclosure. We limit access to people who need it for their work. They process your data only on our instructions and must keep it confidential.

If we suspect a data breach, we have steps to deal with it. We will tell you and any authority concerned when the law requires it.

8. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes we collected it for, including legal, tax, accounting and reporting duties. We may keep it longer if there is a complaint or a likely legal claim involving you.

To set a retention period, we look at the amount, nature and sensitivity of the data, the risk of harm from misuse, why we use it, whether we can reach the same goal another way, and what the law requires.

We keep basic client records, including Identity, Contact, Financial and Transaction Data, for [number of years required under Aruba tax and accounting law, confirm with your accountant] after you stop being a client. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

In some cases you can ask us to delete your data. See section 9.

9. Your legal rights

You have rights over your personal data. Under Aruban law these include access, correction, and objection. Where the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights below. You can ask us to:

  1. Give you access to the personal data we hold about you and check we use it lawfully.
  2. Correct data that is incomplete or wrong. We may need to verify the new data.
  3. Delete your data where there is no good reason for us to keep using it, where you objected successfully, where we used it unlawfully, or where the law requires deletion. We cannot always do this, and we will tell you why if we cannot.
  4. Stop processing based on legitimate interests. We may continue if we show strong grounds that override your rights.
  5. Stop direct marketing. This right is absolute and you can use it at any time.
  6. Transfer your data to you or another company in a structured, commonly used, machine readable format. This applies to data you gave us with consent or for a contract.
  7. Withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing done before you withdrew. We may no longer be able to provide some services.
  8. Restrict processing while we check accuracy, when our use is unlawful but you do not want deletion, when you need us to keep data for a legal claim, or while we check whether our grounds override your objection.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10.

Fees. You do not usually pay a fee. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse a request that is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.

What we may need from you. We may ask for information to confirm who you are. This protects your data from reaching the wrong person.

Time to respond. We aim to respond within one month. If your request is complex or you made several, it may take longer, and we will tell you.

10. Contact details

For questions about this policy, how we use your data, or to use your rights, contact us:

11. Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about how Geuphoria collects, uses, stores or protects your personal data, contact us first using the details above. We take privacy complaints seriously and will look into them fairly and promptly.

Contacting us first does not limit your legal rights. You may complain to a competent authority where you live or bring a claim in court. Aruba does not currently have a dedicated data protection authority, so if you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may contact your local data protection authority.

12. Changes to this policy and your duty to inform us of changes

We review this policy regularly and may update it. The latest version is always on our website, with the date it was last updated at the top. If we make a major change, we will tell you by email or on our website.

Please keep your details current. Tell us if your address, email or phone number changes during your relationship with us.

13. Third party links

Our website and content may link to other websites, plug-ins and apps. Clicking those links or turning on those connections may let other companies collect or share data about you. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
